 REFUND POLICY

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL NO RETURNS!

Only under certain conditions (decided by us) will we consider a return.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  If you received your order on free shipping terms, and returning this item reduces your order that makes you subject to a shipping fee, then the shipping fee will also be deducted from your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

 We try our best to ship out all orders in 24 hours or less.

We strive to get your package to you  within a week or less within the continental United States

World-wide customers can expect to receive your package in 2-3 weeks.
If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico,  Mexico or Canada, you should expect to receive your package in about 2 weeks (no spray paint) or about 20-45 days (ordering spray paint).

All orders containing spray paint (USA Customers Only) will be shipped out via UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post.
All orders containing spray paint that are within the continental US, your order will ship out via UPS Ground and should arrive in a week or less;
if in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, your package will ship out via USPS Parcel Post and will arrive in 20-45 days.

If your order does not contain spray paint, it will ship out via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within a week for customers within the continental US, within 2 weeks. If you're in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, within 2-3 weeks for our valued world-wide customers.

If you are outside the U.S and your order contains spray paint your money will be refunded.

unfortunately we  DO NOT ship aerosols outside of the US,

Prices

Read The Label always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices.
Read The Label reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at the Read The Label website at any time.

Supply of Products

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your order confirmation. If for some reason we do not have this item in stock, we will contact you within 24hrs of your purchase. If we do not get a response back in 24hrs, we will ship out your package minus the item and refund the cost of the item and its shipping.

Legal Capacity to Transact

If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with Read The Label.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Any orders placed and accepted by us will be deemed to be by persons over the age of eighteen (18) years.

Should Read The Label suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Read The Label reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Read The Label.

 If you do not include the PROPER shipping cost ("Standard" for US clients, "Canada/Mexico" for our neighboring customers or "International" for our world-wide friends) we will contact you to either reduce items from the order to cover the shipping cost or pay another way to cover the shipping cost.
